Shipping

All UK orders will be shipped via a tracked courier service.
We aim to ship all orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of your order being placed, but please allow up to 5 working days processing during busy periods.

If you require an expedited service, please contact us at info@convertpickleball.co.uk and we will try to accommodate rush requests wherever possible.

Returns policy

CONVERT Pickleball offers a full refund on all products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be purchased directly from convertpickleball.co.uk. To qualify for a full refund, products must be returned in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged with the original packaging. Any signs of use disqualify the product from a full refund. 
 
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend to send your parcel via a tracked service, CONVERT pickleball is not liable for any missing products.

Exchange policy

CONVERT Pickleball offers one exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be purchased directly from convertpickleball.com. To qualify for an exchange, products must be returned in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged with the original packaging

Refunds policy

If your return meets all CONVERT Pickleball return requirements, a refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Cash refunds are not provided. Please note, returned item(s) must first be delivered to CONVERT Pickleball and evaluated before a refund can be granted.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have received the a defective item, parcel or product is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Our team will review any issues and look to resolve as soon as possible. 

Defective product warranty claim

A 6 month warranty is offered on CONVERT pickleball paddles. 

What CONVERT Pickleball covers:  
CONVERT’s warranty policy protects against factory defects, including materials and workmanship. Coverage is valid for purchases made directly from CONVERT Pickleball or an authorized CONVERT Pickleball dealer.  Proof of purchase and product evaluation is required for a claim to be opened, processed and approved.

What is excluded from the warranty:

• Paddles with wear and tear as part of normal play

• Texture breakdown due to normal wear and tear

• Breaks, dents, scratches or other damage caused by any type of collision or impact

• Breakdown of paddle edge from repeated strikes with the ground, negligent care and abuse

• Paddles that are modified or tampered with in a permanent manner will not qualify

• Purchases older than 6 months from original purchase will not be accepted

• Paddles purchased “used” or new from a private party and unauthorized dealer

• Transportation damage, acts of nature or accidents

• Any claim filed without a valid proof of purchase will not be accepted including a gifted product (original proof of purchase is required)

• Any product not shipped to CONVERT Pickleball for evaluation
